The San Ramon Marriott has been DunDraCon's home since 1992, and we enjoy a good relationship with the hotel staff and services. Room prices this year are $85.00 per room night, plus tax - up to four people per room. Roll-away beds are available on a first-come-first-served basis for an additional charge.

We have changed how the hotel deals with requests for Double-Double rooms.

Hotel Reservations

Make your reservations directly with the hotel with this link: www.marriott.com Dundracon Rate. The link is set to a Friday arrival and Monday departure. If you will be arriving or departing on other days, please be sure to change the arrival and/or departure dates! The DunDraCon code is already given, so you are assured of the DunDraCon rate.

You can also contact Marriott's toll-free number at 800-228-9290. Be sure to mention DunDraCon to get the special rate.

If the hotel rep tells you the hotel is full, send a message to our Hotel Liaison at once, and we'll get things straightened out if we can. This year we're starting out with most of the hotel on hold already. After the block fills up, some additional rooms may be assigned to the convention, and you may be able to get one of them. Once the Marriott fills up for real, you can make reservations at one of the alternative hotels . . . and keep trying for a cancellation at the Marriott. Every year, some people do manage to snag rooms at the last minute.
