DunDraCon Volunteer Submission Form

If you would like to work as a Convention Volunteer, please complete the following form and press the Submit button at the bottom. Please be sure to include your e-mail address, as well as your snail mail address and evening phone number.

Volunteers are responsible for helping out at Con Reg and the Information Desk, helping with Game Registration, checking visitor badges for entry into the Dealers Room, and may be called upon for other tasks. In return, Volunteers who work 4 hours get priority registration into a con-sponsored game, those who work 8 hours get their DunDraCon entry fee refunded.

We need cheerful, dependable people for all four days, and in all areas. Exact times of shifts are dependent on many things, so they will not be finalized until much closer to DDC. We may be able to accept walk-up volunteers at the con if times and duties are still available.

The earlier you send in your volunteer form, the more likely you are to get the time slots you've asked for.There are premier slots which fill up quickly!

You should have an acknowledgement of your message within two weeks. If you do not hear from us within that time, please email our Volunteers Coordinator
