DunDraCon Other Game Submission Form

We are currently accepting submissions for games, and as has been in past conventions, it is important that we get your submissions earlier rather than later.

'Other' games are games that don't precisely fit any other category, including Board and Card games. For example, 'Battle Stations' is a board game that also can have role-playing elements, some board games are turned into live action games where the players are literally the pieces, or the game has a dynamic outside all the other game types listed, such as the musical chairs element of 'Werewolves of Miller's Hollow'.

Board and Card games we might consider for complimentary memberships:
[1] Games which are intended to be played by 12 or more players for at least 3 hours. This is unlikely to include tournaments, which rarely fill up beyond 6 players.
[2] Games like ‘Empyrium Challenge’ which may take as long as 12 hours to play and seat at least 4 players.
[3] Games that will not fit the standard Sedona table sizes (6x3, 8x3, 66” and 72” diameter rounds) and will seat at least 5 players for at least 5 hours. Again, don’t count on us accepting a tournament. Space for very large games of any sort is strictly limited, so even if we like your proposal, if it comes in late in the process, there may be no space.

If you would like to run an Other Game at DunDraCon, please complete the following form and press the Submit button at the bottom. Be sure to include your e-mail address as well as your postal address and evening phone number. Please include the Names and Addresses of any Assistant GMs that will be helping you.

All submissions must be received by December 26 to be considered for inclusion.

Tips for submitting an "Other" game

Important! You should have an acknowledgement of your game request from us within two weeks. If you do not hear from us within that time, please email our Games Coordinator. Every year, there are a handful of submissions that never reach us for reasons outside our control. If you don't follow up in the event of a delay, we might never know you submitted a proposal.

If you encounter an error when attempting to send this form, you can access a blank text file of the form. Cut & paste it to your own machine, fill it out, and send to our Games Coordinator.

Please read our Game Policies before submitting a game.

The final game schedule will be made in early January.

Please limit your Description to 160 words as the database reacts unpredictably to longer submissions. If you must have a longer description on-line, please load it to a web page or blog and link to it, using the URL entry available below. Only one link, please; you can include additional links once readers have relocated to your content. We are no longer including game descriptions in the program book.
