In the year of our Caesar 6797, throngs of New Rome citizens gather at the legendary Circus Imperium, the historic, centuries-old speedway to witness the thrilling Terran Overlord Government-sanctioned air-chariot race.

Caesar Morghulhus, a high priest of Azathoth, is passionate regarding the race, and has conscripted cultists from every major Old One religious order to participate in the roles of chariot drivers and escort gladiators. Though the air-chariot race is infamous for its unbridled violence, Morghulhus has elevated the dangers tenfold by introducing supernatural elements into the legendary competition. Hail Caesar!

Cthulhu Circus Imperium is a variant of the classic chariot miniatures racing game Circus Imperium, released by FASA over 40 years ago. Players control 25 mm air-chariot drivers, gladiators and fearsome duos of race-beasts. The race chaos is being raised to madness-inducing due to the lethal Lovecraftian elements populating the event. Beginners are welcome, and all miniatures, dice and game materials are provided.
