DDC Seminar Submission

Last Day to submit Seminar events is January 15, 2027

DunDraCon 50 is hosting another program of Seminar speakers in the Sequoia room starting Friday at Noon through Sunday at 6:00 PM.

All Seminar topic submissions will be considered for relevance to DunDraCon attendees and the appeal to the tabletop gaming community. If you would like to run a Seminar at DunDraCon, please complete the submission form with the Submit Event button at the bottom. Answer all the form questions, especially your, and any co-speaker, contact information. We will follow up via email as each submission is accepted and later when they are scheduled. Submissions based upon official scheduled events or dealer room representatives will be prioritized.

Seminar Types: We are scheduling 2 types of Seminars:

Equipment: There will be a whiteboard and a standard-sized HDMI LED projector if your Seminar requires them.

War College: We are working with Dana Lombardy on any War College submissions. Please include [War College] in your Seminar name.

Memberships: Seminar speakers (and co-speakers) that are scheduled will receive complimentary DunDraCon membership.

Deadline: All submissions must be received by January 15, 2027 to be considered for inclusion. Still, with a limited number of slots, the schedule will fill up fast so don’t expect that we will have many slots available in January to choose from.

Important! You should receive an acknowledgement of your seminar request from us within two weeks. If you do not hear from us within that time, please email our Seminars Coordinator. Every year, there are a handful of submissions that never reach us for reasons outside our control. If you don't follow up in the event of a delay, we might never know you submitted a proposal.
