Reserve a Board or Card Game Table Before the Con
We’ve cut way back on scheduling official board or card games this year – but if you move quickly, you have a chance to reserve a spot in the Sedona Room for one game of your own. To do so:
- Get a full-con membership.
- Choose a game that is listed as published on Board Game Geek and that seats at least two players besides yourself.
- Go to the reservations page – the link will open on November 3, so everyone has a chance – and sign up with your membership number, listing your first- and second-choice starting times, the size of table you need, the probable game length, and whether to have the game listed on the website (to attract drop-in players) or to run it as entirely private.
Reservation slots are limited to about a third of the tables in Sedona at any given time. If your first attempt bounces, you are welcome to try again until you manage to get a table – or the available space fills up. We expect to close the reservations page around December 1.
Which table will you get? That’s our choice and can’t be switched, though we will accommodate mobility issues if possible when you report them.
Note: Run the listed game! We reserve the right to shut down games that do not match the listing or that fail to sit at least two players besides the one listed as owner, all either full-con or one-day DDC members.
