As dawn creeps over the landscape, the Yankees encamped on two hills and occupying the town Toad Hollow are surprised by shelling and Confederate troops ready for an assault. Two vital bridges cross the Upchuck Run stream, which winds gently from the east. Confederates are seen gathering for an attack to take the bridges and town and send the Union troops skedaddling. The game is a regimental game where players will command a division (around 12 units) of infantry and artillery. Troop levels vary as Green, Regular, and Crack.
