Public Access

GM: Morgan Hua
Type: RPG
System: Carved from Brindlewood
Edition: Public Access
Players: 5
Power Level: Normal young adults
Rules Knowledge: Beginners Welcome
Game Content: Mature Themes

Public Access is a tabletop roleplaying game that takes players through the strange and uncanny valley of Deep Lake, New Mexico. Players take on the roles of curious adults who revisit their rural hometown, and who are thrust into a series of increasingly weird and dangerous mysteries as they search for answers to an urban legend from their childhood: what happened to TV Odyssey?

Carved from Brindlewood (CfB) game system is different from the standard investigative procedural. It uses modified Powered by the Apocalypse mechanics to tell collaborative detective stories.

Emergent Solutions: The GM does not decide the solution to the mystery before the game starts. Players gather clues and theorize the solution dynamically during play.
